What are the steps involved in the process of creating the RealFit 3D Dentures?
With the use of a digital design process, a replica of your mouth and teeth can be made, reducing room for error and increasing the level of accuracy during production.
The process first involves a digital scan using an intraoral scanner device to scan the teeth and arch. A digital 3D model is then created using CAD. A prototype of the dentures can then be created using the Carbon 3D printing platform.
The digitalisation results in a more durable, natural-looking dentures that feel and fit better than the ones made through more conventional prosthodontics processes.
